Shaun Wane's leadership video course is designed to ensure participants can fully absorb and implement the lessons. Each video will be released monthly, giving ample time for users to reflet on the concepts and apply them to their day-to-day leadership roles. However, the course is flexible, and the release cadence can be adjusted to suit the needs of the individual organisations.
Each company will have its own dedicated workspace on our platform, ensuring a personalised and seamless learning experience. Users have the ability to track progress and use tasks and activities to supplement their learning. This course offers an engaging and comprehensive learning environment designed to help leaders grow and thrive.

"Inspirational, motivating and a great communicator"
In his 36 years at Wigan as player and coach, Shaun Wane has led from the front and achived great success at the club.
I met Shaun at the 2018 Magic Weekend in the dressing room with his team after the game and was impressed by his leadership qualities and the high regard he was held in by his players.
He was an inspirational, motivating and great communicator, all qualities that are required to be a great coach and leader.

"Shaun wane is one of life's winners"
I have heard Shaun speak many times in the last decade.
I like to watch people's faces around the room as he speaks. All are completely absorbed in the messages that he is delivering.
He is clear, firm and direct. Everybody is aware of their roles and the expectations upon them.

I heard Shaun speak recently and he was outstanding. His talk on Creating a Winning Culture was powerful, passionate and contained loads of leadership lessons for anyone leading a team or coaching others.
I’ve listened to a lot of people talk over the years, but for me personally, Shaun’s was easily one of the best and most impactful I've ever heard.

People will be familiar with Shaun Wane as a famous Rugby Coach but what about as a motivational speaker to nurses and doctors?
Shaun came to Wigan Hospital to give a talk about his life and learning. Our lecture theatre has never been fuller. He spoke eloquently, with humour and with great insight into motivation and team work. Our audience of clinicians and managers lapped up every minute of it.
I can thoroughly recommend him to any organisation that wants to inspire its staff.

The parallels between sport and business are well known, but Shaun's experience and insight takes it to a new level.
His ability to dissect key skills such as leadership, team-building, motivating and goal-setting, and translate them into the real world business environment is best in class.
I've run courses with Arctic explorers, first grade mountaineers and round the world yachtsmen, but none can match Shaun for the unique understanding of what makes soemone tick.
The role of Leadership
"WITHOUT A CAUSE THERE IS NO NEED FOR LEADERSHIP. WITHOUT A CAUSE INDIVIDUALS REMAIN INDIVIDUALS.
LEADERS CONNECT AND GALVANISE INDIVIDUALS INTO A TEAM BY SHOWING THEM THE COLLECTIVE BENEFIT OF ACHIEVING THE AIMS OF A GIVEN CAUSE.
LEADERS ENABLE TEAMS TO BELIEVE IN THE AIMS OF A CAUSE.
LEADERS EMPOWER TEAMS WITH A BELIEF THAT TOGETHER THEY CAN ACHIEVE THE AIMS OF A CAUSE. EACH AIM ACHIEVED BECOMES A SHARED EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE THAT FURTHER GALVANISES A TEAM IN THEIR BELIEF IN THEMSELVES AND IN THEIR LEADER."
